Here at Riceminster we can cook
3 different paellas for you.
Made with free range chicken thighs, white beans, flat green beans and rosemary.
Made with red shrimp, mussels in the shell, squids, red peppers and onions.
Made with white beans, aubergine, cauliflower, chickpeas, and red peppers.
All use a typical Valencian recipe with Albufera rice, Spanish saffron, smoked sweet paprika from La Vera, sea salt, tomatoes, a pinch of garlic and extra virgin olive oil. All are dairy, gluten and nut free.

If you would like any ingredients
to be removed we are happy to do so.
The paella is served in recyclable cardboard containers of 500 ml capacity. We strive to keep everyone happy, so if your guests want a larger portion, we will be happy to oblige.
If you need more food we can also offer tapas dishes; Authentic Spanish cheeses of cow, goat or sheep, Iberian chorizo, sausage and Iberian ham, Andulucia olives and any variety of Bristol local breads with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. All will be served on a large plate to share between 10 -15 people.
